Job Title: Operations Leading Hand
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Leading Hand. As a key member of our Customer Delivery department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating team members, ensuring productivity and performance criteria are met, and assisting in the supervision of catering trucks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment. They will also demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and hold valid ASIC and driver's licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate team members in the Customer Delivery department.
* Ensure productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility.
* Assist supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrating leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.
* Hands on and display leadership by example.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC card.
* Must hold and maintain possession of a valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license as well as the authority to drive airside ADA.
