About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to take ownership of the operational and administrative management of our vehicle fleet. Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with legal and company requirements.
You'll manage the full vehicle lifecycle, oversee compliance and documentation, coordinate servicing and repairs, and ensure tolls, fines, insurance, and GPS systems are handled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end fleet operations, including onboarding, servicing, and de-fleeting
* Monitor fleet utilisation and recommend efficiency improvements
* Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, and compliance requirements
* Oversee insurance renewals and coordinate insurance claims
* Manage toll accounts, traffic infringements, and driver nominations
* Maintain accurate fleet records, logbooks, and service histories
* Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance
* Track fleet costs, support reconciliations, and assist with budgeting
* Manage GPS/telematics systems and reporting
* Liaise with suppliers, repairers, insurers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
* Support off-fleet processes, inspections, and vehicle sale preparation
About You
You're highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple moving parts. You're comfortable working with data, systems, and stakeholders, and you take pride in getting things right the first time.
You'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet or logistics coordination
* Experience managing tolls, infringements, and compliance processes
* Strong knowledge of Australian vehicle regulations and insurance processes
* Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems (e.g. Navman, Fleet Complete)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A valid Australian driver's licence
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Logistics, Business, Fleet or Operations Management (desirable)
