Training Specialist - based anywhere in NSW/VIC

Randstad Sourceright is proud to be partnering with and working alongside a leading FMCG company headquartered in Docklands, Melbourne. This company has multiple manufacturing sites across Australia alongside many well known household brands/products.

EXPERIENCE IN BLUE COLLAR OR MANUFACTURING IS IDEAL

Role: Training Specialist

Location: Anywhere in NSW or VIC - must be able to travel to Bega regularly.

Job Type: Contract - 6 Months- Working Holiday Visas welcome

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Dependent on experience


Responsibilities

* Pioneer Project Training: Design, develop, and update training materials specifically for the implementation of this project and new manufacturing lines.
* Build Onboarding Excellence: Create and run specialised onboarding programs for all new manufacturing employees.
* Drive Content Accuracy: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams to ensure all training content is precise and relevant.
* Ensure Compliance & Safety: Guarantee training materials meet all necessary safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate Program Rollout: Manage the successful scheduling and coordination of training sessions with internal stakeholders.
* Manage Documentation: Maintain a central, version-controlled library for all training documentation.
* Assess and Improve: Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously update materials for optimal results.
* Support Audits & Reporting: Assist with all training-related compliance audits and required reporting.


Experience & Qualifications

* Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate complex solutions.
* Training Expertise: Experience in a Training Coordinator or instructional design role, including developing significant training documentation and plans.
* Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, production workflows, and relevant safety, quality, and compliance standards (including basic WHS).
* Learning Design Mastery: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with desirable experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
* Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly organised, and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
