Our client is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their operations in the Pilbara region (WA) on a FIFO basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation offering long‐term stability, strong team culture, and a consistent roster.
You'll be working outdoors as part of a close‐knit crew, contributing to daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
Roster: 2 weeks on|1 week off Salary: $108,000 base + $27,000 allowance + super ($135,000 + super total package) Pay Cycle: Weekly |Accommodation: Provided
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating machinery in a production environment
* Working safely in an outdoor FIFO setting
* Completing pre‐start checks and basic maintenance
* Working collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
* Following site safety procedures and operational requirements
* Reporting faults, hazards, and maintenance needs
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We're Looking For
Experience operating excavators and/or material handlers
Solid understanding of heavy equipment operation and capabilities
Knowledge of basic maintenance and equipment care
Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or similar hands‐on environments
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Ability to read and interpret nests / drawings (highly regarded)
* Mechanical aptitude with a problem‐solving mindset
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
* Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
* Reliable, safety‐focused, and able to work as part of a team
* Able to pass a pre‐employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
* Ability to complete a Police Check if required
* Full working rights in Australia
