The NDIS Commission’s graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering social impact. You’ll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that drive change within the Commission.
Your role:
A 12-month graduate program.
Engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Australia on impactful issues.

Training and development:
Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
Receive mentorship and career coaching.
Get guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
Salary and advantages:
A competitive salary package starting at APS level 4, $82,999, plus 15.4% superannuation.
