Shift Supervisor – Tio Tapas Y Vino (Mornington)
Tio Tapas Y Vino is a vibrant Spanish tapas and cocktail venue located on the Mornington Peninsula, known for great food, great drinks and an energetic team culture. We're currently looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Mornington venue.
This role is ideal for someone confident in leading a service, opening and closing the venue, and supporting both front-of-house staff and management.

About the role:
* Opening and closing the venue
* Supervising and leading FOH staff during service
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Handling basic cash-up and end-of-shift procedures
* Assisting with staff training and service standards
What we're looking for:
* Previous hospitality supervisory experience
* Confident opening and closing a venue independently
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A positive, hands-on attitude
* Availability across nights and weekends
* RSA required
