Business Relationship Representative
to help strengthen our community ties and commercial partnerships across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

About the Role
In this role, you will support engagement with local organisations, assist business development activities, and contribute to marketing and event initiatives. You will work closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager, Fleet teams, Area Managers, drivers, and external partners to grow brand presence and improve customer experience.
What You'll Do
* Build relationships with community groups, aged care, disability, health, and business partners.
* Represent Black & White Cabs at events, expos, and networking opportunities.
* Support existing partners (hotels, hospitals, hospitality venues) and ensure they have the right booking tools.
* Maintain CRM records and help identify new business leads.
* Assist the Marketing team with campaigns, sponsorships, and event logistics.
* Support setup and troubleshooting of Taxi Butler and other booking systems.
* Uphold compliance, safety, and positive workplace standards.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused, proactive attitude.
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Basic Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge (Zoho a plus).
* Basic Canva design skills (advantageous but not essential).
* Willingness to learn and grow within community engagement and business development.
* Interest in transport, community, or customer service industries.
* Comfortable travelling independently across SEQ.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
