About the Role
* Finalize litigation strategies and draft statements of issue.
* Conduct directions hearings and case conferences to drive forward cases.
* Manage and lead substantive hearings, providing expert advocacy.
* Undertake complex statutory interpretation and provide high-quality briefs for Counsel.
About You
* Bring at least 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with government advisory work and litigation expertise.
* Demonstrate strong solicitor advocacy skills and a track record of success in complex cases.
* Have experience mentoring team members, with excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach.
