Marketing & Communications Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing, communications, and membership initiatives. This hands-on leadership role oversees a small team and works closely with the executive to drive patronage, membership, sponsorship, and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans.
* Lead a small team and manage brand, media, and stakeholder relationships.
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and media.
* Grow membership, sponsorship, and patronage through targeted initiatives.
* Promote events and venues to maximise exposure and attendance.
* Draft media releases, manage PR/media activity, and support executive communications.
* Analyse campaign performance and manage budgets effectively.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
* 3+ years in a similar role (hospitality or events experience highly regarded).
* Proven background in marketing, communications, or brand management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication abilities.
* Experience in multi-channel campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement.
* Analytical, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
