You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering • Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email • Maintaining client and staff database/records • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters • Assisting with facility accounts • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. Does this sound like you? • Previous administrative and rostering experience • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite • Availability to work 4 days per week (Monday 9am to 3pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm plus 1 additional day per week which is flexible) • A flexible and team orientated approach • A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses) If you’re seeking a role with real purpose and where you can create meaningful customer relationships - please apply now.
