This is a newly created opportunity to play a central role in shaping enterprise strategy within one of Australia's leading consumer organisations. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will lead high-value strategic initiatives that directly influence long-term business direction across Oceania. Joining at a pivotal moment for the organisation, you will partner closely with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges, translate insight into action, and help steer enterprise priorities. You will do this while leading the development of strategy talent and strengthening strategic capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives, distilling complexity into clear, actionable strategic choices
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic options grounded in consumer, category, customer, competitor and organisational insights
* Translate enterprise priorities into structured workstreams and mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver results
* Develop financial models, scenario analysis and robust business cases to inform strategic decisions
* Craft compelling executive-level narratives that cut through complexity and enable confident decision-making
* Build trusted relationships across functions to drive alignment, pace and execution discipline
* Manage, coach and develop Strategy Analysts, strengthening team capability and performance
* Contribute to the evolution of strategy frameworks, tools and ways of working across the function
About You
You are a strategic thinker who combines analytical rigour with commercial instinct and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
You Will Bring
* 6-8+ years' experience in corporate strategy or top-tier consulting
* A track record of delivering complex strategic initiatives from analysis through implementation
* Strong problem-solving capability and structured thinking
* Financial and commercial acumen, including business case and modelling experience
* Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
* The ability to make the complex simple and translate insight into action
