 
        
        We're on the hunt for a Benefits Realisation Manager to help our client turn their SAP SuccessFactors transformation into real, measurable results. You'll be the go-to person connecting people, processes, and technology, making sure every change counts and every benefit is delivered.
What You'll Do
 * Define, track, and report on benefits across key HCMS modules.
 * Develop frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise value.
 * Analyse post-implementation data and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For:
 * Experience in benefits realisation or business performance management in large-scale projects.
 * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding).
 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Comfortable with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics).
