IT Service Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT service delivery specialist to join our team in managing service delivery across key digital systems. The ideal candidate will ensure service quality, meet performance targets, and lead improvements aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
* Manage a clear demand pipeline for managed service providers and align resources with operational needs.
* Monitor service quality against KPIs, ensure production systems are effectively supported, and enforce proper handover processes for new systems.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supported systems, engage with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs, and manage expectations for service delivery and project outcomes.
* Coordinate activities across multi-vendor IT operations, facilitate service improvement programs, and proactively address risks or issues that may impact performance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least six years of experience in IT service delivery or project coordination, ideally in M365 EDRMS environments. They will possess strong skills in IT service management, change coordination, and working in multi-vendor IT operations. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.
