National 360 Sydney is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team, helping clients across Western Sydney achieve meaningful outcomes and greater independence.
About The Role
* Manage a caseload tailored to your clinical interests, whether that's mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
* Enjoy the flexibility in setting your own appointments, working from home, and joining the friendly Sydney team in our North Parramatta office.
* Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work‐life balance.
* Work collaboratively with our passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and positive behaviour support practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients to reach their goals; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

About You
* You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
* You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
* You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
