We're seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronics and excellent problem-solving skills.
Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of our Checkpoint & Trace products. You will also provide on-site technical support, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with customers to address any technical concerns.

1. Deploy and configure our Checkpoint & Trace products according to customer specifications.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal product performance.
3. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for operators and technicians.
