About the role: Advise on investment services, capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate insolvency and reconstructions Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance. The ideal candidate: At least 2 years' PQE coming out of a recognised corporate team or firm. A current practicing certificate and a relevant law degree, coupled with strong academics. Strong commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
