What you'll be doing
The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) plays a key administrative role supporting nursing, medical, and allied health teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective patient care. Responsibilities include:
* Providing admin support to clinical teams and NUMs
* Assisting with data entry, workforce admin, and report preparation
* Managing stock, equipment orders, and maintenance
* Organising clinical meetings and documentation
* Contributing to quality, accreditation, and incident processes

* Hold or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration
* Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confident spoken communication, and courteous interaction at all levels

* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work under broad supervision and handle diverse tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
* Experience with computerised rostering systems (HealthRoster)
