* Registrable degree in veterinary science in New South Wales, Australia
* Advanced training in small animal surgery
* Excellent clinical skills and experience in providing clinical instruction
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong initiative and time management skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
