Your role as a Relief Personal Banker is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs across a range of branches.

This is a permanent full-time position located in South East Queensland where you will work across a range of branches Mt Ommaney, Redbank Plains, Laidley, Ipswich Riverlink, Toowoomba & Brassall branches, having flexibility for travel will allow you to have genuine variety in your work week where relief allowances will also apply. The roster is 76 hours a fortnight.
A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to drive to different branches.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have:
* Strong adaptability and flexibility, easily switching between tasks and locations on a regular basis
* Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
* Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
* A knack for teamwork – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
* Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry – a plus but certainly not essential
