Job Description
* Lead the development, review, and modernisation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support workplace investigations, ensuring fair, unbiased, and thorough processes.
* Prepare and review employment contracts, contract variations, and HR related correspondence.
* Support organisational changes, restructures, and role transitions.
* Contribute to HR systems implementation and continuous improvement, including supporting change management activities.
* Assist in aligning corporate HR processes and frameworks with broader group standards.
* Support in reporting HR metrics, including turnover, diversity, and workforce data.
* Partner with managers to provide generalist HR advice and ensure consistent application of HR practices.
* Contribute to onboarding of employees onto new systems, including payroll and self service functions.
* Assist with common law contract reviews and HR documentation for white collar placements.
The Successful Applicant
* Experienced HR professional with strong ER foundations and confidence handling investigations
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
* Extensive knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
* Skilled in policy development, HR systems, and corporate HR processes.
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative in a busy, dynamic environment.
* Strong communicator who can build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
* Adaptable, values driven, and aligned to a culture centred on integrity, courage, and commitment.
* Able to balance operational detail with a broader strategic HR lens.
* Unrestricted Australian working rights for a minimum of 12 months.
