Your Impact
As a Senior Associate, you'll be at the heart of strategic initiatives that grow our lending portfolio and enhance client satisfaction. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our products are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.
Your day to day will look like:
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Institutional and Business Banking
* Collaborate with Relationship teams, Risk, Finance, and Operations to support product enhancements
* Manage day-to-day product, process, and system queries
* Conduct product reviews, risk assessments, and reporting
* Drive initiatives to improve lending outcomes and client experience
* Investigate issues, incidents, and feedback across the lending value chain
* Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for the institutional lending portfolio
* Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
What You'll Bring

* Experience in end-to-end lending, product policy, or related areas in financial services
* A background in product management, institutional/business lending, credit, or middle office
