Head Chef Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to spearhead our food operations, ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards while exceeding customer expectations in terms of healthy and delicious food offerings.
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery - A critical qualification for this role, demonstrating the successful candidate's proficiency in commercial cooking principles and practices.
* Previous experience as a Head Chef - Essential for providing effective leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, driving menu planning and implementation, and maintaining high-quality food service.
* High volume catering experience, including bulk catering and function / banquet experience - A key requirement for managing large-scale food events and ensuring seamless execution of menus and services.
* Previous remote village or camp experience - Valuable for adapting to diverse culinary environments, working effectively with local suppliers, and maintaining efficient logistics in isolated settings.
* Ability to work to client expectations - Crucial for delivering personalized food solutions that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
* Ability to work a flexible roster - Important for accommodating variable workload demands, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and promoting team well-being.
