Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our customer base by identifying, engaging and closing high-value prospects. This role focuses on acquiring multi-location businesses and large national organizations.

You will play a key role in driving new logo growth through proactive sales efforts—leveraging outbound outreach, video meetings and in-person engagements. This is a high-impact opportunity for results-driven sales professionals who thrive in building relationships and closing complex deals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Field inbound leads through website and trade shows
* Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned markets
* Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating our solutions
* Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
* Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos
* Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
* Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle
* Travel to represent us at industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year)
