As a Managing Consultant with The Lighting Outlet, you'll have the opportunity to work with Australia's premier online lighting superstore, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
As our Managing Consultant, your role will involve understanding the needs and preferences of potential buyers in order to make recommendations to vendors on how to enhance the appeal of their properties. While working within the limitations of existing furniture and decor, you will leverage your formal qualifications in color and design, as well as your diploma in interior styling, lighting design or business development and extensive sales experience, to create stunning spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative quality of our properties and ensuring that our lighting solutions are in line with client briefs. You will work closely with the sales Director to create looks that meet the high standards of our company, and you will be responsible for ensuring that employees work productively and develop professionally.
In addition to your day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for managing styling projects from conception to completion, conducting regular site inspections and quality audits. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers during installation to work through any questions or concerns in relation to the style or otherwise, handling all customer inquiries with a prompt and professional manner, demonstrating high standards in customer service.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in design strategy and goal-setting for growth, maintaining budgets, optimizing expenses, and setting policies and processes.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $99,999.00 per year
