High-Octane: Proven track record of opening doors and smashing targets. Executive Presence: You speak the language of the C-Suite and the broker alike. Industry Savvy: General Insurance experience is essential ( Farm/Commercial experience is a major plus ).
Self-Starter: You don't need a map; you're the one drawing it. The Rewards The Package: Up to $200K Pkg + Annual Commission .
