This is your opportunity to work alongside one of the Lower North Shore's top performing agents, based in the prestigious Mosman market. With over 20 years of industry success, this agent has built an exceptional reputation for delivering outstanding results and providing a premium client experience. Operating out of a long-established, modern office, they are known for their professionalism, strong referral network, and consistently impressive sales record.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their high-performing team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a thriving sales business.

The Role

Working Monday – Friday, this is a fast-paced and dynamic role within a highly successful team environment. You will be the driving force behind the agent's operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while providing exceptional support across administration, marketing, and client service. Responsibilities will include:

* Preparing listing kits and coordinating property marketing campaigns, including social media management
* Managing the agent's diary and coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, photographers, stylists, and other key stakeholders
* Database management and maintaining accurate client records
* Assisting with auction and open home preparation
* Coordinating pre-settlements and settlements of properties
The Candidate

We are seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, car and drivers license
* Previous real estate experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent administration and organisational abilities
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
