Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
* Prepare stock for dispatch by checking quality, quantity, and packaging
* Cleanliness and organization of storage areas are essential to maintain efficiency and productivity
* Participate in regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
* Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager to support the achievement of business objectives
Liaising and Collaboration:
You will work closely with other staff members to build strong working relationships, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Health and Safety:
You must comply with health and safety regulations and procedures, adhering to best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
* You must be able to handle heavy lifting and bending to manage large quantities of stock efficiently
* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
* Possess a valid forklift license
* Show awareness and understanding of health and safety protocols
