About the company

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Local Government Agency to engage an Administration Officer. This position is located in their busy Maroochydore office for an initial contract from ASAP until 10/04/2026 .


About the Position

The Administration Officer will provide essential administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating meetings and events, managing communications, and assisting with a variety of tasks that contribute to effective community and stakeholder engagement.


Duties

* Manage schedules and meetings
* Coordinate events and travel
* Prepare routine correspondence
* Support community engagement tasks
* Monitor budgets and expenses


Requirements/Skills

* Strong administrative experience
* Excellent communication abilities
* Skilled in Microsoft Office
* Effective time management
* Current driver's licence
