We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through clear and confident verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry, record keeping and coordinating service requests
* Using strong time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Working independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment
A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience is highly regarded. Additionally, previous experience in the operation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be beneficial.
