The Position
In the role of Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending open homes
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Select and reference check potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and bond documents
- Advertise rental properties
- Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Administrative duties as required
- Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week!
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing Consultant will have:
- Previous real estate experience is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely accurate attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure
- Immaculate personal presentation
- First-class computer skills
