TA Manager to lead a large talent acquisition team in multi-diverse heavily operational business. Lead TA projects to improve customer satisfaction.
Our client is a global human services and values-based organisation going through rapid growth across Australia. We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and project leadership experience.
With the organisation having multiple offices across Australia, this role can be based in **Melbourne or Sydney, **and will manage a large, geographically dispersed TA team.
This a fast paced, multi-diverse, heavily operational business with over 4000 staff across Australia and New Zealand. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to work dynamically, think strategically and deliver tangible outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the organisations TA strategy including systems, processes, customer satisfaction
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Provide regular analysis and data for executive and board on recruitment & onboarding activities undertaken, their impact/effectiveness and costs
- Managing a team to develop and deliver on the strategy for recruitment campaigns
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
- Assist the Head of Talent to build customer focused, tech enabled, highly effective and efficient processes that align with business needs.
- Oversee a large team of TA professionals to deliver on the strategy for recruitment campaigns
**Selection criteria**
- Talent Acquisition leadership experience in large complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
