Roxy Downs, SA Site-based Work-Life Balance with Flexible Rosters – 5/2 or 8/6 FIFO from Adelaide or DIDO options for locals to Roxy Downs This site‑based role is hands‑on, working closely with trades, contractors and project teams to plan and price a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and upgrade projects across a large accommodation village and residential precinct. THE PERSON You understand how projects operate in FM, construction, mining or capital works. Experience in estimating and/or scheduling in FM construction or maintenance coordination Ability to read drawings and technical documents Strong Excel and scheduling software skills High attention to detail and strong organisation Confidence working with trades, contractors and internal teams WHS and site compliance understanding Ability to juggle competing priorities Remote/resource‑sector experience (nice to have) Ideal backgrounds include Scheduler, Estimator, Project Coordinator, Maintenance Planner or trade‑qualified professionals moving into project support.
