* Strong administration experience
* Prior experience in an administration or supervisor role
* Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
* Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
* Ability to work from the Chullora site full time – (Mon‐Fri 6am‐3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator you will report to the Trade Store Manager. Your responsibilities include undertaking all administration tasks and providing direct customer service over the phone, via e‐mail and face‐to‐face.
Key Tasks
* Deal with customers face‐to‐face, via e‐mail and over the phone
* Administration duties including data entry and email management
* Pick and pack customer orders
* Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Store Manager via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
* Assist with stock‐take / inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
* General warehouse duties and housekeeping when required
