Deputy Operations Manager - Aged Mental HealthMonash Health is Victoria's largest and most comprehensive health service.

The Deputy Operations Manager - Older Adult Mental Health plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care across our Mental Health services.This senior leadership role reports to the Operations Manager Adult and Older Adult Mental Health.
If appointed, you will contribute to the strategic, clinical and operations management of Older Adult Mental Health services.
You\'ll help drive performance, support workforce development and reinforce a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Your specific responsibilities will include:Supporting service delivery aligned with Monash Health\'s strategic goalsPromoting high-quality patient outcomes and safe careAssisting with resource planning, budgeting and performance monitoringContributing to workforce engagement and professional developmentSupporting the implementation of contemporary models of careBuilding and retaining strong relationships across clinical and non-clinical teamsThis is a full-time, permanent position based on-site and operates during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Some travel between Monash Health sites will be required and a current Driver\'s Licence is a mandatory requirement for this role.About YouHolding tertiary qualifications in nursing/midwifery, medicine or allied health and currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for registration with the peak professional body for non-AHPRA registered professions, you can readily demonstrate recent leadership and management experience.Thriving in a collaborative environment, you\'re a thoughtful and driven leader, ready to support high-performing teams and contribute to meaningful change.
