**The Opportunity**
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a National Recruitment Manager based in Brisbane. In the role you will be responsible for the effective ongoing coaching, mentoring, and monitoring of the AWX Recruitment Team nationally to continually improve productivity and increase placements.
This includes responsibility for:
- Contributing to achieving profit results consistent by increasing productivity
- Reporting on recruitment activity ensuring compliance and KPIs are met on a daily basis
- Develop and initiate new dynamic talent strategies and build existing talent pool
- Manage and prioritise talent sourcing and key relationships
- Planning and coordination of recruitment resources
- Ensure staff are trained to perform at a high standard, organisation objectives are achieved, and the values and culture are upheld
- Implementing a consistent national recruitment process to maximise efficiency, speed to market, and sales growth
- Ensuring fill rates remain at a maximum levels, daily
- Monitoring staff and supporting individuals and building team capability through training and development
**About You**
This role requires a driven person, who thinks outside the square and has an entrepreneurial flair.
You will also have:
- 3+ years in a hands on, high value recruitment role
- Strong market knowledge and developed network
- Superior interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Significant management experience
- The ability to delegate and empower effectively both upward and downward within the structure
- Ability to develop and mentor staff to excel and deliver on operations targets
- Superior time management skills and effective organisational skills
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Motivated, autonomous, and results driven
- The ability to manage internal and external relationships and lead a team in a busy environment
- Persistence, perseverance, and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
