Job Overview
* This is a key role that involves working directly with partners to deliver compliance and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tax returns, BAS, and peer reviews as part of the compliance service line.
* Provide advisory services including KPI discussions, succession planning, wills, and broader business advice.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and deliver value beyond compliance services.
Team Dynamics
* The team consists of 13-14 staff members, all female, with an average age in the 40s.
* The workplace has a stable environment with very low turnover rates, with many staff members having been with the company for 10-15 years or more.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in public practice is required for this role.
* Exposure to SMSF (Superannuation Management Fund) is preferred but not essential.
* The ideal candidate should be CA/CPA qualified or working towards this qualification.
* Proficiency in using Xero, XPM, and HowNow (paperless solutions) is also necessary.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, advisory mindset are highly valued in this role.
