**About our Opportunity**
As one of our Customer Service Administrators, you will be an integral team member supporting the day to day activities of our field sales and office customer service teams. You will be a part of a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service to new and existing construction and residential customers.
**About You**
You will need to have previous administration and customer service experience to be considered for this role. Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential as we’re looking for a customer-focussed team player with good people skills, and full training will of course be provided.
You will also be:
- highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- confident using MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
