Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development: Assist in designing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children.
2. Childcare: Provide individualized care and attention to each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
3. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and promote a positive work environment.
