About the Role
As our Specialist Support Coordinator Lead, you will drive high-quality, person-centred support coordination for participants with complex needs. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, operational excellence and strategic influence across a national service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing Support Coordination team.
* Oversee compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
* Advocate for participants navigating complex service systems.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, families and allied professionals.
* Support strategic planning, program growth and service innovation.
* Drive service excellence aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
What You Bring
* Qualifications in disability, psychology, social work, allied health or similar.
* Extensive experience supporting people with disability, particularly those with complex needs.
* Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams.
* Deep knowledge of the NDIS and specialist service systems.
* High-level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Requirements
* Valid Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Driver's Licence
* Ability to travel intra/interstate as required
