We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Leader to spearhead our sewage treatment systems initiative.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing a skilled team within Operations, managing the Operational Support program for sewage systems aligned with strategic objectives, and applying innovative technical methods to solve complex process challenges.
In addition, you will support operational staff to improve system performance and compliance, prepare reports and documentation for executive and technical audiences, and ensure environmental, customer, and community impacts are considered in all decisions.
