Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our Byron Bay Holidays site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll lead the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards and create a welcoming, high‑quality experience for all guests and residents.

In this Role, You’ll
* Lead and organise the Housekeeping team, allocate tasks, supervise work quality, and ensure high standards.
* Monitor guest feedback and room audits, using insights to improve service and escalate safety or maintenance issues.
* Manage housekeeping operations, including stocktakes, ordering linen and amenities, and maintaining tidy storage areas.
* Perform hands-on cleaning duties in rooms and common areas to meet health and guest standards.
* Collaborate with the Park Manager and team, building strong relationships while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
