We are now seeking enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled and Registered Nurses with experience in all areas. As a member of our friendly and approachable team, you will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of patient care in a safe and effective manner. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Positions will be offered on a casual basis for all departments and wards.

Responsibilities
1. Enrolled Nurse: Function within legal and registration constraints in relation to enrolled nursing practice.
2. Maintain and develop clinical skills to deliver patient care appropriate to level of competence.
3. Deliver a high standard of patient care utilizing appropriate resources cost effectively.
4. Adhere to and support hospital policies, procedures and standards.
5. Act as the patient's advocate and protect the rights of individuals.
6. Provide patient education and participate in discharge planning, where applicable or as required.
7. Participate in quality improvement activities.
8. Demonstrate a courteous manner to internal and external customers.
* Registered Nurse: Assess plans, deliver and evaluate patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
* Promote and contribute to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
* Provide patient education and act as a resource where appropriate.
* Support and supervise staff and students as required, including orientating and precepting staff.
* Contribute to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
Qualifications
You will hold registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse. You will demonstrate commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Minimum 2 years' previous experience within a hospital environment and postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Registered Nurse Salary: $50.29 to $64.35 per hour (includes casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
* Enrolled Nurse Salary: $45.80 to $48.85 per hour (includes casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
