Duties
Lead
complex and high-value transactions across M&A, major projects (including renewable energy and other sectors), contracting and general corporate matters
Advise
clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic business initiatives
Deliver
pragmatic, forward-thinking legal and commercial advice that aligns with clients' long-term objectives
Support
clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Collaborate
with a highly regarded Partner and contribute to the development of client relationships
Skills & experience
5+ years' post-admission experience
, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions
Sharp drafting skills and commercially focused advice
Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to mentor juniors
Clear communicator with a strong client service mindset
Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and juggles priorities with ease
