We're seeking a vibrant and eager talent professional to build and showcase a recruitment strategy and excel in HR Administration. This role aims to complement our mission of supporting individuals and families through essential human services. You'll connect creativity, organisation, strategy and prior knowledge to enhance talent acquisition and general HR practice at Direct Care Resources (DCR). The role suits a candidate who is well-organised, thrives on establishing initiatives and prides strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate screenings, talent pool management, interview bookings, reference checks, compliance checks and issuing contractual offers.
* Empower hiring managers and provide recruitment advice, influence and support, striving for best practice recruitment outcomes.
* Organise and coordinate recruitment activities and mandatory induction training.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and support in developing and implementing a growth-driven recruitment process and strategy aligned to business development goals and business needs.
* Champion the development and creation of an EVP – a creative opportunity focusing on competitive advantages, benefits, branding and organisational values.
* Maximise existing recruitment channels and pipelines to secure skilled candidates.
HR Administration/Support
* Manage the HR Inbox and action all items in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with Care Operations, Rostering and Payroll teams to track and manage the workforce for operational, reporting, documentation and compliance purposes.
* Support the Workforce Management (WFM) team in other duties aligned with DCR business objectives.
Qualifications and profile
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in disability, community services, health or child safety is highly regarded.
* Excellence in communication with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
* Strong understanding of recruiting for client needs and clear communication of mandatory working requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as JobAdder, BambooHR is highly regarded.
* Possession of or willingness to apply for Queensland Government Blue Card and/or Disability Services Positive Notice or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Degree qualified preferred.
