Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role focusing on solution design, configuration, and customization to meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ServiceNow technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise
* Participate in workshops and communicate technical concepts to non‐technical audiences
* Maintain up‐to‐date ServiceNow certifications and stay current with platform releases
* Mentor junior team members as required
Requirements
* 5+ years technical delivery experience; 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS SAM)
* Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills
* Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and best practice ServiceNow configuration
* Experience in Agile delivery and end‐to‐end SDLC
Skills
* Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and collaboration skills
* Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems
