WorkPare are currently seeking 1x Site Supervisor for Karratha and 3x for Tom Price on a 2/1 roster, 12 hour dayshifts only.

What you will be doing
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, including supervising construction activities, directing crews and subcontractors, attending site meetings and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
* Maintain quality and compliance, conducting regular inspections, ensuring work meets specifications and building codes, completing required site paperwork and meeting KPI expectations.
* Lead and support site staff, including mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, approving timesheets and assisting with performance reviews and development plans.
* Manage all site safety requirements, including JHAs, permits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident reporting, equipment pre‑starts and ongoing safety inspections.
What you will need
* Must hold a Trade Certificate in Carpentry or Qualifications in operating Machinery
* Minimum 2 years experience in a Leadership role.
* Technical knowledge of construction, building and civils processes.
* Capacity to prioritise and work under pressure
* Proven site Leading Hand experience
* Attention to Detail
* Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
