Director - Property, Assets & Infrastructure
Remembrance Parks Central Victoria (RPCV) is a Class A Cemetery Trust supporting families and communities across Central Victoria. We provide compassionate, professional services during significant moments and operate within a highly regulated environment.
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable executive leader to join our Executive Leadership Team. The Director, Property, Assets and Infrastructure will lead the strategic direction of RPCV's property, asset management, and infrastructure portfolio across multiple locations in regional Victoria.
This role has been created as part of an organisational restructure to strengthen RPCV's leadership capability and support future growth.
About the role
The Director, Property, Assets and Infrastructure is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining all RPCV properties, facilities, equipment, fleet, buildings, infrastructure and other assets. The role ensures compliance, strong financial stewardship, and high-quality operational performance.
Key responsibilities include developing asset management strategies and cemetery master plans, overseeing capital works programs, managing procurement of construction services, and ensuring all legal, risk and strategic obligations are met.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role promotes high performance, quality, and good governance, while collaborating with peers to deliver integrated services across RPCV.
About you
You are an accomplished, strategic senior leader with extensive executive management experience. You can lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies and major infrastructure projects aligned with RPCV's long-term vision and goals. You demonstrate strong leadership capability, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that encourages teamwork, professional growth and employee engagement.
You bring strong financial management and commercial acumen, enabling sound business improvement, effective oversight of high-level procurement processes, and management of significant capital budgets, all while delivering value to the community.
Qualifications
You hold tertiary or vocational qualifications in engineering, construction, project management, asset management or a related field. A current driver's licence is required.
