We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Hobart. As a key member of our pastry department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
* Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster, between the hours of 5am – 3pm.
