Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assume the role of Customer Service Representative.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and replenishing supplies as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Replenish supplies as needed
* Follow safety guidelines
* Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
* Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Promote our products and services to patrons
* Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
* Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options

* Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
* Coffee making/barista skills
* Current CPR Certificate
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* Ability to be flexible during peak periods
