Monadelphous is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Administration Officer to join our RTW Fabrication Team in Capel. You will be responsible for providing administration support to our workshop, assisting with multiple long term projects within the South West region. We are seeking an individual who can work flexibly as part of a team or autonomously on their own. Key Responsibilities:
* General Receptionist duties
* Administration of documentation and record keeping tasks
* Managing our multiple asset registers and onboarding documentation
* Assisting our operations team with broad tasks
* Directing queries and assisting customers and clients where required
What you'll bring:
• Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position within the industry, desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and maintain efficiency in your work
• Have good work ethic and strong ability to build rapport
• Be flexible in your approach to the changing working environment, with the ability to be adaptable
• Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team orientated approach and a confident and energetic manner
